Hello Monica:

I was checking out your blog this morning. I always refer my realtor friends to your blog as I think you have a ton of good stuff for your viewers. One of the things that we do on our home inspection company blog http://www.asktheatlantahomeinspector.com is to use video. We have a small video camera that we gave to our inspectors so when they are on an inspection and they find an issue that they feel others could benefit from, they do a short 30 second to 1 minute narrative video and explain the issue. We then add the video to our blog. Wouldn’t it be nice to do a video presentation of your listing that you have on the market? Present the features of the home in your voice? It would be as if the prospective client was in the room with you previewing the home. You could even send a link of the video to other realtors…You would be way ahead of the crowd!

Hi Beth,
Thanks so much. We do a small video but not a walking tour through the whole house. I think I have 3 videos up on this site. I do hate my voice though
